A little about me – I’m a 59 year old grandmother with 9 grandchildren living in rural North Central Indiana. I have many interests, Photography, Woodworking, Traveling, Oil Painting, Sewing, Gardening and more. Too many interests and not enough time (or money) to pursue.
My passion is the Photography, after developing an interest as a child (thanks Dad) I took Grand Champion in Photography at the county fair at 13, so I at least knew I had a little promise. For most of my adult life, my photography was on the back burner with raising a family and life in general getting in the way.
With my passion being renewed of late, in 2008 I got my first dSLR and I have been a “picture taking fool” ever since. I’ve done a couple of weddings now, am dabbling in portraits and love taking pictures of nature, animals and landscapes.
We started construction on a post frame building in the spring of 2009 which will house a 3 car garage and my studio. I can’t wait. It has been a long process but the studio is almost done and is currently usable.
Please feel free to comment on any of the pictures I post.
