It's That Time Again, Boogity, Boogity, Boogity, Let's go Racing......

I don't know whether any of you ladies are Nascar fans but the season officially starts tomorrow with the Bud Shootout. I love watching the races and rooting for Kasey Kahne. I just hope he has a better season than the last couple.

    I'm not a racing fan myself, but I know a lot of people are. I live near the Nazareth Speedway, but it has been closed now for a few years. When it was open and racing season the traffic was a nightmare!

    I was in California one spring and had an opportunity to go to the Ontario race in early May. The temps were in the mid to upper 70's for the entire week before the race so I thought the temp would be perfect for watching the race. NOT, the day of the race, the temp hit 107° (138° on the track) and since I can't handle extreme heat anymore, I watched most of the race on the monitors under the stands. So this season, I'll watch the race on the big screen in the comfort of my own living room.
